Single seater track days and racing car days

If you want to get that thrill of seeing tarmac rushing by only inches from your elbow, then a single seater track day is the experience for you. These track days cover a big variety of different track day cars, including driving Formula First, Formula Ford, 1600 and 2000 racing cars and Formula 3.

There is also a good choice of track day circuits such as Brands Hatch, Goodwood, Rockingham, Silverstone, Oulton Park and Knockhill. Usually the days start with practice and tuition in a track day saloon car and then you are let loose in the single seater.

Practice laps in Renault saloons (not the road ones!) and then get behind the 1600cc to lap around this famous track. Think 1600cc isn't much - you'll be surprised.

Follow in the footsteps of the famous. Learn the principles of racing lines, braking and turn-in points in a performance saloon and then use the race prepared Ford. (Wiltshire and Lancashire)

Practice laps in an Alfa 166, learn the racing lines. Then the Formula Ford 2000 for some serious speed.
Formula Three experience	Full details + Prices
Following a briefing, you'll be in the 180bhp Formula 3 single seater behind the instructors car. Once you're used to the circuit you'll be let loose on your own. (Northamptonshire)
Race Car at Knockhill - Scotland	Full details + Prices
You'll get practice sessions in MGF sportscars, demonstration laps by the instructor and then go soloin the Formula First single seater. (Scotland).

Follow a pace car just like the Grand Prix. Then onto a session where the pace car leaves the track and you're on your own.

This is a big one ! Sports saloon introduction to learn racing lines, braking, turn-ins etc. Then into a Formula Ford single seater. Then your drive in a Formula 3 - very, very quick.
