Surface preparation
Fine grade blasting at a controlled pressure removes rust and dirt ready for the next stage. This makes assessment of the state of the shell easier.
Repairs, replacement panels

We obtain and fit new panels, arches etc. together with repairing any areas that need strengthening. Priming can then follow.

 Final preparation
This is where the first process of blast cleaning pays dividends. The quality of this stage depends on having a clean metalwork to work with.
Bare metal shell resprays start from £4200 + materials...
Powder coating
We can powder coat individual items such as steel, ally. or mag. wheels, roll cages, springs, axles.

Flocking
We also carry out electrostatic flocking for dash boards and door cards. Antiglare with a velvet finish.
