Xspec Motorsport is a growning company staffed by people with a long history in supplying (and using) competition parts and is run by Graham Poultney, who owned and ran the very popular and succesful Midland Impreza Ltd.

We now are offering to the trade and general public our experience in both supplying the right competition / fast road parts primarily for Japanese import vehicles and building / maintaining performance vehicles

We also have a state of the art DYNO ROLLING ROAD facility with the ability to run steady state tune for 2 and 4 wheel drive cars and we can accomodate any kind of 4 wheel drive transmission setup and we can run genuine quater mile/speed and acceleration runs. Special prices for full and half days

Billet Light weight Flywheel BRAND NEW Billet Lightened Flywheel. Probably one of the best quality flhywheels on the market, made from Conrod Steel and Tufrided for added durability. Suitable all turbo Impreza and Legacy including twin turbo from 1990-1999. (All 5 speed Turbo model Subarus) and will run fine with either a standard or uprated clutch including Motorsport paddles.

Competition Clutch Kit Xspec Motorsport Clutches for Imprezas 1993-2005 are the result of over 3 years research and developement, where we have ended up with one of the best performing clutches on the market. Unlike EVERY other aftermarket heavy duty motorsport/fast road clutch, ours is 100% manufactured by us to the highest specification. All other after market clutches put stronger springs into OE clutch covers only, Ours has a heavy duty clutch cover as well as heavy duty springs and they are rated to 380BHP but have run in test vehicles with over 400 bhp with no problem.

Our clutches have been tested and used extensively in both National and international Rally championships and rally cars using our clutch system won championships as far afield as Lithuania and Finland. they are used by many of the top Group N rally teams and drivers in the UK. We also ran a 350 bhp subaru around the infamous nurburgring for 50 hard laps to prove the endurance and reliability of the product in 2006.

All clutches supplied are covered by a 12 month guarantee for road applications, motorsport applications are covered by the standard motorsport use guarantee.

For motorsport use we found the best results were gained with a solid paddle with no springs. our combination of heavy duty clutch cover and solid paddle is still provides good pedal feel with minimal judder and negates the need for paddle springs. It also makes a tougher combination and avoids the risk of paddle spring failure.
